The house

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. All bedrooms have fans. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The open-plan living and dining area has sofas, satellite TV and a dining table. A breakfast bar separates the fully equipped gas kitchen from the living area; kitchen equipment includes a microwave and oven/stove. Air conditioning serves the living room and the hallway connecting the bedrooms. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with free Wi-Fi.

Outside, the swimming pool measures 8 × 4 m and ranges from 0.60 to 1.70 m deep. There are seven deck chairs, a garden, a table-tennis table and an orange orchard where guests can pick oranges. A barbecue sits beneath a small porch, and another porch has a table and chairs. Free exterior parking accommodates six cars.

Llubí, its train station and bus stop are 3.2 km away. Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia beaches are a 20-minute drive away; Port de Pollença, Cala Sant Vicenç and Formentor beaches are within a 30-minute drive. Pets are welcome; events and smoking are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
