The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has three storeys, with stairs leading to the bedrooms, and direct neighbours. The village centre is 500 metres away on foot. Manacor is 10 km away, about 15 minutes by car; Porto Cristo beach is 26.2 km away, about 30 minutes by car.
