House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two floors, with stairs to the upstairs twin bedroom, and direct neighbours. Garage parking is limited to one car. Platja de s'Arenal is 17.9 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 18.2 km away; the Crta Manacor bus stop in Algaida is 400 metres away; Parc de les Estacions train station in Palma is 21 km away; Port de Palma is 24.4 km away; and Hospital Son Llàtzer is 17.5 km away.
