The 130 m² house occupies two floors within the village and has direct neighbours. Outside are a private pool measuring 5 × 3 metres with a depth of 1.5 metres, sunbeds, a porch, a barbecue and a separate outdoor sitting and dining area by the entrance.

The living room has sofas and a television. The indoor dining area seats four. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and a small breakfast table. A laundry area beside the kitchen contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor are one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with a fan and wardrobe. Two shared bathrooms are also on this floor: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Upstairs is a further twin bedroom with a fan and wardrobe. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.

Algaida has supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional restaurants. Nearby places to visit include Can Gordiola glassworks and Puig de Randa. Platja de s'Arenal is 17.9 km away, and Golf Son Gual is 13.6 km away. Free Wi-Fi and free garage parking for one car are available.
