The house

The outdoor areas include an 8 × 4 m fenced saltwater pool, 0.8–1.9 m deep, porches, terraces and a barbecue. A lawn has a football goal and outdoor seating. The separately fenced play area includes swings, a tower and a slide. The enclosed grounds offer privacy.

Inside, the living and dining area has satellite TV, sofas, armchairs, a table for six and air conditioning with a heat pump. The separate kitchen has a gas stove, oven and microwave. The ground-floor bathroom has a bathtub, electric radiator and washing machine. A separate room provides an iron, ironing board and luggage space.

All three bedrooms are upstairs and have air conditioning with heat pumps. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and electric radiator; the other two each have twin beds. Two cots and two highchairs can be provided. A baby changing table, children's bed rail, two portable fans, an electric heater, beach umbrellas and pool inflatables are also available. The rooftop chimney is decorative. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for four cars are available.

Cala Anguila Beach is 1.1 km away, and Porto Cristo is 2 km away, with shops, bars, restaurants and services for a self-catering stay. Cala Magrana and Cala Mandía are nearby beaches, and the Drac caves are a local attraction.
