The house

The estate is arranged on one floor with rustic agricultural decor. The living room has two sofas, air conditioning and a Smart TV. Two equipped kitchens, one in the main building and one in a separate area, both have gas stoves. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels.

One bedroom has a double bed, fan and wardrobe; the other has two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. There are two bathrooms with showers. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided, along with a crib and high chair.

Outside are a circular chlorine pool, 10 meters wide with variable depth, sun loungers, a garden, terrace, furnished porch and barbecue area. Recreation facilities include a trampoline, treehouse, foosball table, pool table and darts area. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available.

Llubí has cafes and restaurants around its main square, the parish church of Sant Feliu and an Ethnological Museum. The surrounding area includes s'Albufera Natural Park, with Playa de Muro and Playa de Alcudia also among the area's beaches.
