House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs €80 per stay. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
