Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Privacy is partial, with neighbouring accommodations on the finca. Occasional aircraft noise may be heard. Platges de Muro is 28.4 km away; Playa de Muro is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Sencelles is 4.1 km away, Sineu railway station 9.8 km, the bus stop on Carrer Major in Costitx 2.2 km, Palma airport 34.5 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry port 35.9 km and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca 9.5 km.
