The stone-clad house has wooden beams and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a sofa and satellite TV, and the dining table seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob. The bedroom has two single beds, an en-suite shower bathroom and direct access to a terrace.

There are three terraces, barbecue facilities, sunbeds and a parasol. The finca has gardens and other separate accommodations. The property boundary is fenced, but privacy is partial and neighbours are nearby. Central heating is available for winter stays, along with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. Wi-Fi is free.

Platges de Muro is 28.4 km away; Playa de Muro is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Nearby towns include Costitx, Sineu and Inca, with local gastronomy and weekly markets. Occasional aircraft noise may be heard.
