The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. A EUR 400 damage deposit is payable to the owner on arrival. Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.

Both bedrooms and the two bathrooms are on the first floor. Privacy is partial, with other separate houses on the estate and neighbours nearby. Aircraft may be audible. Playa de Muro is about 20 minutes away by car; Platges de Muro is 28.4 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates two cars. Sencelles is 4.1 km away, Aeroport de Son Sant Joan 34.5 km, Estació de Sineu 9.8 km, the Carrer Major bus stop in Costitx 2.2 km, Port d'Alcúdia 35.9 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 9.5 km. A supermarket and pharmacy are 2.2 km away.
