House rules
The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has two floors, with one bedroom upstairs. One of the two shared shower bathrooms is outside and accessed through the garage. Playa de Muro (Platges de Muro) is approximately 27.3 km away. There is no direct or private beach access. Exterior parking accommodates three cars. There are neighbours around the fenced property.
