The fenced grounds have fruit trees, a furnished terrace with a barbecue, a natural pond with fish, and a front patio with two sun loungers and outdoor tables and chairs. There are neighbours nearby. There is no swimming pool.

The main floor has an air-conditioned living-dining room with satellite TV and a separate Mallorcan-style kitchen with a gas stove, oven and microwave. Two shower bathrooms serve the whole house; both are on the main-floor level, but one is outside and accessed through the garage.

Two main-floor bedrooms have wardrobes: one has a double bed and the other a single bed. The upstairs bedroom has two single beds and a sitting area with a TV without satellite channels. A washing machine is on the terrace, and an iron, ironing board, crib and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for three cars are free.

Inca has bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a Thursday-morning street market. Inca town is 1.3 km away, the train station 2.5 km, the bus stop 2 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 2.8 km. Playa de Muro (Platges de Muro), the nearest beach, is approximately 27.3 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 37.3 km away, Golf Alcanada 29.5 km and the Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 28.5 km.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
