Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Electricity is a mandatory charge of 0.30€/KW. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
