The outdoor area has an 8 × 4 m private saltwater pool with a constant depth of 1.80 m, sun loungers, parasols, a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. A porch with chairs provides additional outdoor seating.

The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.
