Outdoor spaces include a dining terrace with a barbecue, a porch overlooking the town, and a lower pool terrace reached by steps. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres, is 1–2.1 metres deep, and has 10 sun loungers. It is available from 1 April to 31 October. Barbecue use is prohibited from June through September for fire prevention near the pine forest. On the main floor, the living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a fireplace, alongside a separate dining room with a wooden table and chairs. The kitchen has a gas hob and cooking utensils.
