House rules
Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Lighting fires and using barbecues are prohibited throughout the year. Pets and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Balearic Islands Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Camp de Mar, the nearest beach, is 8.7 km away. The final approach road is narrow; a small car is recommended. Parking is 50 m from the property. Both bedrooms are on the first floor. The house is attached to an adjoining building but is independent, and neighbours are nearby.
