The outdoor areas are perfect for making the most of the Mediterranean climate. The terrace features a barbecue, ideal for preparing enjoyable lunches or dinners with your companions. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower for added convenience. The exterior stairs lead up to the lawn area, which is perfect for sunbathing or relaxing under the porch with a good glass of wine.

The interior is arranged over a single floor. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV and opens onto the dining area, creating a comfortable space for spending time together. The induction kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to cook comfortably. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. The main bedroom features a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.
