Can Nogueras has a private terrace with direct access to the residential complex’s shared pool, plus a porch on the other side of the apartment. The chlorine pool measures 17 × 3 metres and is 1–1.9 metres deep. An adjacent children’s area measures 3 × 2 metres and is 0.5 metres deep.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine; an iron and ironing board are also available. Outdoor grill facilities are available. Wi-Fi is free.

There are two bedrooms, each with a fan: one has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. The bathroom has a shower. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
