The house

The two-storey house has a living room with satellite TV and a second living-dining room separated by a traditional Mallorcan arch. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and breakfast table. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The ground floor has one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, one twin bedroom and a second bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning serves four bedrooms, and four fans are available. A cot and high chair can be provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside are a private saltwater pool measuring 8 × 3 metres, with depths from 0.4 to 1.8 metres, a porch with a barbecue, sun loungers, a terrace and a ping-pong table. The plot is fenced and has immediate neighbours.

The house is in a quiet residential development near the beach and Club Nautico. Colonia de San Pere beach is 0.8 km away and the town centre is 0.5 km away. Cala Na Clara is about 4 km away; Son Serra de Marina is a 14-minute drive away. Betlem is a seven-minute drive away, and Artà has a Wednesday market and supermarkets.
