Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Firewood is not included; consult the advertiser about possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is required. Mandatory final cleaning costs €105 per stay. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
