The house occupies two floors and has furnished terraces and an outdoor shower. The main-floor living room has sea views, satellite television and a wood-burning cooker. The kitchen-dining room includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

The interior terrace leads to the main bathroom with a shower and to exterior stairs up to the upper floor. Upstairs there is a second living room with a television and cot, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms with wardrobes and air conditioning. Bedroom 1 has two single beds; Bedroom 2 has one double bed. A separate downstairs laundry room has a washing machine and iron. Towels, a hair dryer and a high chair are available.

Wi-Fi is free. There is no swimming pool or property parking. The surrounding coast is mostly rocky, with a sandy beach at its end. Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia are a drive of a few minutes away for additional restaurants, bars, facilities and beaches.
