The fenced grounds have a garden, lawn, six sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a terrace for outdoor meals. There are neighbouring properties. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4.5 metres and is 1–2 metres deep; a fence can be installed around it.
Inside, the air-conditioned living and dining room has satellite TV and leads to a kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and closets. Two bedrooms each have twin beds and balcony access overlooking the pool; the third has a double bed and space for a baby cot. The two bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively.
Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Son Bauló Beach is 1.6 km away. Can Picafort has a seaside promenade, beach bars, restaurants and water-sports opportunities.
