## About the house

The fenced plot has no direct neighbors and includes a large porch for barbecues, a garden with lemon and orange trees, and a closed decorative well. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 m and is 0.5–1.8 m deep. Four sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.

The rustic living room has air conditioning, a wood-burning stove and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, utensils, a microwave and a dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are in the bathroom with a bathtub and bidet.

Two bedrooms each have a double bed and air conditioning; the third has two single beds, a fan and a radiator. One bedroom opens directly onto the terrace and has no wardrobe; the other two have wardrobes. One bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair are available on request. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Inca has supermarkets, shops, traditional celler restaurants and a Thursday market. The north-coast beaches of Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia are about half an hour away by car.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 35 km away, Golf Pollença is 25 km away, Inca train station and the Carrer des Tren bus stop are 2 km away, Port d’Alcúdia ferry port is 31 km away, and Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 3 km away. Exterior parking accommodates three cars.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
