The house

The refurbished house combines rustic elements with modern equipment. The living room has air conditioning, satellite TV and a dining area overlooking the terrace. The equipped kitchen has an induction cooker, microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

There are three double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is on the ground floor; the other two are reached by stairs. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.

The terrace has a 4 × 1.75 m swimming pool, 1.45–1.65 m deep, sun loungers and a covered dining porch with mountain views. An outdoor grill is available. The property is fenced, with neighbours nearby. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free.

Hiking and cycling trails are nearby. Andratx has supermarkets, bars, shops and a petrol station. Puerto de Andratx is a few minutes away by car. Palmira sandy beach in Peguera is 14 km away, and Golf d'Andratx is 6 km away.
