The apartment occupies the first floor of a house with one neighbour below. Its interior is arranged on one level. A private terrace is complemented by shared ground-floor areas with a lawn, furnished terrace and built-in barbecue; outdoor privacy is partial.

The air-conditioned living room has television and satellite channels and opens onto the dining area and equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes gas hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms have double beds. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, heated by the bedroom’s air conditioning. The second bathroom has a shower, bidet and radiator. A laundry area beneath the access stairs contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot, high chair and towels are available.

Wi-Fi and exterior parking for one car are available free of charge. Port d’Alcúdia Beach is 50 metres away, a supermarket is 200 metres away and the Carretera d’Artà bus stop is 150 metres away.
