The house

The house has furnished terraces for outdoor dining and barbecues, six sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The private saltwater pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1–1.5 metres deep.

Inside, the living-dining room has satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and a table with chairs. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, a wardrobe and a fan. Two bedrooms each have two single beds; the third has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom with air-conditioning. A separate shower bathroom serves the house. A cot, high chair, hairdryer and five fans are available.

Can Picafort has a seafront promenade, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours and supermarkets. Son Bauló Beach is 300 metres away and can be reached on foot. The Can Picafort bus stop is 400 metres away, Muro train station is 14.8 km away, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port is 14.9 km away and Son Sant Joan Airport is 63.4 km away. Golf d'Alcanada is 17 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 28 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations, events, smoking and pets are not permitted. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. A mandatory tourist tax applies, with an exemption for guests under 16.
