Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory final cleaning costs 120€ per stay. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
