The house

The villa stands on fenced grounds with a planted gravel garden and no direct neighbors. Outdoors are a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 4 m, with depths of 1.1–1.9 m, six sun loungers, a large porch, a terrace and a barbecue.

The living room has a sofa, satellite television and access to the porch, and opens onto the dining kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi and towels are provided.

Two bedrooms each have two single beds; the third has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There are two bathrooms in total: one with a shower and one with a hydromassage bathtub. Air conditioning serves the dining room and all bedrooms. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Sa Pobla has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a Sunday fruit-and-vegetable market. The bay of Alcúdia is within 15 minutes by car. Playa de Muro is 13 km away. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling routes around Campanet, Pollença and the Sanctuary of Lluc. Exterior parking accommodates four cars. Pets and events are not permitted.
