The house has a garden, furnished porch and covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue. Exterior stairs lead to a first-floor terrace with mountain views. The hot tub is available free of charge from 1 April to 31 October. Its water stays at ambient temperature from June to September; in April, May and October it is heated to no more than 30°C. The barbecue is unavailable from June to October because of fire restrictions.

On the ground floor, the living room has a sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning. The dining area opens onto a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave and cooking utensils. There is also a guest toilet. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
