The fenced property has an extensive garden, sun loungers, a barbecue and a furnished porch for outdoor meals. The private saltwater pool measures 11 × 5 m and is 1.6–2.2 m deep.
The main floor contains a living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning and a Smart TV with satellite channels. The kitchen has an induction hob, microwave, oven and cooking utensils. A washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available.
Three main-floor bedrooms each have a double bed, air conditioning and garden access. There are two shower bathrooms on this floor, one en suite. Stairs lead to a fourth double bedroom upstairs, with air conditioning, a workspace and a private terrace. An additional shower bathroom is in the basement. A cot and high chair can be provided.
