The house

The villa stands within a fenced property in a residential area with neighbouring homes. The garden has eight sun loungers and two parasols. The private pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with depths of 1–2 metres and an outdoor shower. A front terrace has armchairs, and the porch provides a barbecue and outdoor dining area.

Inside, a split-level living-dining room has sofas, satellite TV and a dining area. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob and microwave, together with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, with a shower bathroom on the same floor. Three first-floor bedrooms each have two single beds, and a second shower bathroom is on that floor. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available. Wi-Fi and exterior parking for two cars are free.

Port de Pollença has supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beach bars. Port de Pollença beach is 270 metres away; Golf Pollença is 9.2 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 65.1 km away, the Carrer de Guillem Colom bus stop is 250 metres away, Estació de Sa Pobla train station is 21 km away, and the Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal is 10.5 km away. Hospital Comarcal d’Inca is 30.4 km away.

Pets and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from day nine.
