## About the house

Built in 1989 and renovated in 2016, the house occupies a fenced plot with no direct neighbors. The Mediterranean garden has plants, trees and Buddha statues, with a barbecue, terrace seating and two loungers. The private chlorine pool measures 5 × 3 m and is 1.3 m deep.

The living room has a large sofa and satellite TV with German and Spanish channels only. An open-plan kitchen and dining area connect to the living room. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, microwave, and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The double bedroom has air conditioning, a wardrobe and terrace access. A cot can be prepared for a baby. Its en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and is open to the bedroom. Two further bedrooms each have two single beds and no air conditioning. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available.

Inca is a 15-minute drive away and has restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a Thursday market. Ca’n Picafort beach is 21.4 km away, and Llubí is 2.4 km away.
