The house has three terraces on different levels, with a sofa chill-out area, sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor dining table. The upper terrace offers glimpses of the sea and surrounding countryside. A covered area has a ping-pong table, and a barbecue is available.

The living-dining room has a Smart TV and air conditioning. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has gas hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.
