The house extends over two floors. Outside, a chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres, with depths of 0.60–1.55 metres, alongside six sun loungers. A furnished porch, garden, terrace and barbecue provide outdoor space.
The ground floor has a combined living and dining room with a fireplace, Smart TV, sofa and two armchairs. The equipped ceramic-hob kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. Two ground-floor bedrooms open onto the garden: one has a double bed and an en suite shower bathroom, and the other has two single beds. A separate shower bathroom completes this floor. Upstairs are a second living room with a sofa and a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
A cot, high chair, hair dryer, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are provided. Air conditioning is not available.
