Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house is on a narrow traditional village street; take extra care when driving to the property, especially in a larger vehicle. Stairs connect the entrance level with the lower-level billiards room. Platges de Muro is 17.5 km away; beaches in Muro or Can Picafort are about 15–20 minutes away by car. Golf Pollença is 15 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 45.7 km away, Sa Pobla train station 5.2 km, Búger bus stop 0.35 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port 21.3 km and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca 9.7 km.
