Mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two floors, with all bedrooms on the first floor. Pollença town centre is 3.8 km away. Puerto de Pollença beach is 12 km away; Cala Carbó and the beaches of Puerto de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç are about a 15-minute drive away. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 57.6 km away, Sa Pobla train station 12.2 km, the Carrer de Cecili Metel bus stop in Pollença 3.5 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal 12.5 km and Hospital Juaneda Muro 11.9 km.
