## About the house

The two-storey finca stands on a small hill within approximately 35,000 m² of grounds with trees and a seasonal fruit garden where guests may pick fruit. The fenced property offers privacy, a barbecue, a thatched pergola, sun loungers and a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 1.40 to 1.90 metres.

Inside are two living rooms with fireplaces, sofas and armchairs, satellite television and DVD facilities. One living room has Mallorcan stone walls and wooden ceiling beams; the other connects to the dining area. The separate equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The house has oil-fired central heating, free Wi-Fi and no air conditioning.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor and have wardrobes. Three have a double bed each and one has two twin beds. One double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.

The rural setting lies within the Tramuntana mountain range and offers opportunities for hiking and cycling. Pollença town centre is 3.8 km away and Pollença golf course is 1.5 km away. Outdoor parking is available for one car.

Puerto de Pollença beach is 12 km away; Cala Carbó and the beaches of Puerto de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç are about a 15-minute drive away. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 57.6 km away, Sa Pobla train station 12.2 km, the Carrer de Cecili Metel bus stop in Pollença 3.5 km, Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal 12.5 km and Hospital Juaneda Muro 11.9 km.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
