Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 37.5 km away, Golf Pollença is 20 km away, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal is 25 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 4 km away.
