The villa has two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The first-floor master bedroom has a 1.80 × 2 m king-size bed, dressing room, a coverable porthole and a 23 m² terrace overlooking the garden. The second first-floor bedroom has two twin beds. Downstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and pool views, while the other has two twin beds and garden views. All four bedrooms have fans. There are two indoor bathrooms with bathtubs and bidets, one on each floor, plus an exterior shower bathroom.

The sitting-dining room has sofas, a fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a dining table seating up to 16. Marble pieces and sculptures made from Tramuntana stone decorate the room. A second living room and another dining room beside the kitchen provide additional shared space. The equipped kitchen opens to the garden and includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and blender. A washing machine, iron, heating and a crib are also available.

Outdoors, there is a barbecue, a terrace with a large table and 14 chairs, a 200 m² lawn, six sun loungers and two sun shades. A fish pond has a small waterfall. The chlorine swimming pool measures 30 m², and a separate children's pool is 0.45 m deep.

Inca is 1.5 km away and offers shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a Thursday market. Port d'Alcúdia beach is 23 km away, and Alcúdia Bay is about a 30-minute drive. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events, smoking and pets are not permitted.

Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
