The 90 m² house sits on a 7,000 m² plot with garden areas and views of mountains and surrounding fields. Outdoors are a private chlorine pool, two sun loungers, a furnished porch, terrace and barbecue. The pool measures 7 × 4 metres and is 0.9–2 metres deep.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has air conditioning, a sofa and satellite television. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A separate laundry space contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has one double bed, a closet and air conditioning; the bathroom has a shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for four cars are available.

Moscari is in the municipality of Selva in Mallorca’s Tramuntana area. The village is 0.5 km away, and Inca is a 5 km drive away for more services and shopping. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 18 km away. The accommodation is intended for peaceful stays and is not suitable for families with small children.

The nearest supermarket is 3.9 km away and pharmacy is 0.75 km away. This accommodation is not suitable for families with small children.

This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
