The house occupies two floors. The ground-floor living-dining room has a television and wood-burning stove, alongside an equipped open-plan gas kitchen. Upstairs are a sitting area with a sofa, a shower bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be provided. Air conditioning serves the living rooms on both floors and the twin bedroom; three fans are also available.

Outside are a 9 × 3 metre saltwater pool, 1.70 metres deep, sun loungers, a spacious porch with a sofa and a mobile barbecue. The terrace laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available.

Horses live on the estate, and the owner visits daily to feed them. Horse riding is available by prior arrangement. Hiking and cycling trails surround the house, and Inca is nearby for shopping and restaurants.

Golf Pollença is 20.6 km away and Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 4 km away. The owner visits the estate daily to feed the horses.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Horse riding requires prior arrangement. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
