The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
