Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has two storeys. The main-floor double bedroom and downstairs shower bathroom are adapted for people with reduced mobility. Porto Cristo beach is 24.4 km away, with the MA-15 connecting to the eastern beaches and coves. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. Son Sant Joan Airport is 33.3 km away; Manacor train station is 11 km away and the Vilafranca de Bonany bus stop is 500 metres away.
