The terrace has a private chlorine pool measuring 10 × 4 metres, with a depth of 1.1–1.4 metres, eight sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a small garden area. A gas barbecue and a large parasol provide space for outdoor meals.

The air-conditioned living room has a TV and opens onto a kitchen with an induction hob and an island with stools. The dining table seats eight. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

All four bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. The main-floor bedroom has a double bed and is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, one double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom and terrace access; the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Two further shower bathrooms serve the house, one on each floor; the downstairs bathroom is adapted for people with reduced mobility. A cot can be prepared in any bedroom, and a high chair is available.

The house is within Vilafranca de Bonany, about 350 metres from the town centre and its basic services. The surrounding area is rural, with farming activities and opportunities for walks and excursions. The MA-15 provides a road connection to the eastern beaches and coves. Outdoor parking is available for one car.

Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
