The garden has a private chlorine pool measuring 13 × 4 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m, sun loungers, a barbecue and two furnished porches for outdoor dining. An outdoor bathroom has a shower. Neighbouring houses are close by.
On the ground floor, the air-conditioned living-dining room has a Smart TV and opens to an equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. There is a second living room with a large sofa and Smart TV. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are available, along with towels and a hair dryer.
One bedroom is on the ground floor and four are upstairs. Each has air conditioning and two single beds placed together. There is a shower bathroom on the ground floor and a separate shower bathroom upstairs, in addition to the outdoor shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be provided; an extra cot is optional at 50€ per stay.
