## About the house

The house has traditional Mallorcan furnishings, wooden beams and a living-dining room with a fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and a dining table with chairs. A shower bathroom, washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the ground floor.

Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both have terrace access and an en-suite shower bathroom. A cot and high chair can be provided for guests travelling with a baby.

Outside, the garden has a lawn, four sun loungers, a furnished porch and a barbecue. The chlorine pool measures 7 × 5 metres, with depths from 1 to 1.8 metres. The property grounds are fenced and offer privacy.

Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for two cars are available. Air conditioning operates from 19:00 to 05:00. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Pollença is a few minutes' drive away, and the nearby Tramuntana mountains offer hiking and cycling opportunities.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 62.9 km away; Pollensa golf course is 7.9 km away; Sa Pobla train station is 18.5 km away; the Pollença bus stop is 4.5 km away; Puerto de Alcúdia ferry port is 13.4 km away; Hospital Comarcal d'Inca is 27.9 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
