## About the house

The villa has a sitting-dining room with an open kitchen, air conditioning and satellite TV. The equipped kitchen includes an electric hob, microwave and oven. A laundry provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has two twin beds, a fan, wardrobe and electric heater. There is one bathroom.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 5 × 4 m and is 1.1–1.5 m deep. Two sun loungers overlook the mountains. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a dining terrace provide outdoor living space, with views towards Fornalutx and Biniaraix. The plot is fenced and there are a few neighbours.

Sóller has restaurants, supermarkets and cafés. Tram and bus services connect Sóller with Puerto de Sóller, where there is a sandy beach, bars and shops. The surrounding mountains offer cycling routes and walking trails, and the historic train connects Sóller with Palma.

A car is essential. Port de Sóller beach is 7.2 km away. Sóller town, train station and the Ctra. de Desviament bus stop are 3 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 39 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 36 km away and Son Espases Hospital is 30 km away. The accommodation is not well suited to families with young children.

Adults-only accommodation. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Check-in at the property must be completed before 21:00. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
