Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to all guests except those under 16: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.
Getting there
The bedrooms are in a separate building from the kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Es Trenc Beach is 8.6 km away; Campos and its bus stop are 3 km away. Palma de Mallorca is about a 30-minute drive away. Exterior parking is limited to one car.
