## About the house

The finca has grounds with trees and plants, a furnished porch and terrace, a barbecue, four sun loungers and a swing. The two buildings separate the communal facilities from the sleeping accommodation.

The first building contains an open kitchen and dining area with satellite television and two armchairs. Kitchen facilities include a microwave and oven/stove. This building also houses the bathroom with shower and bidet, plus a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The second building contains two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. A cot and high chair are available. Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for one car are provided. There is no swimming pool.

Campos and its bus stop are 3 km away, and Es Trenc Beach is 8.6 km away. Palma de Mallorca is about a 30-minute drive away. Other coastal destinations include Cala Santanyí and Cala Llombards. Son Sant Joan Airport is 35.4 km away, Son Antem golf course 22.7 km, Manacor train station 30 km, Port de Palma ferry terminal 44.8 km and Hospital de Manacor 31.1 km.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Guests must remove all rubbish and leave the property tidy before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over, at €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
