The house

The 120 m² house occupies two floors and was renovated at the beginning of 2017. Mediterranean interiors retain wooden beams and natural-stone walls. The living room has a sofa, air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels in German and Spanish only. The dining area opens to a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and no window; a shower bathroom is also on this floor. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, both with terrace access, one with a private shower bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A cot and high chair are supplied for babies.

A stone-lined patio contains the private saltwater pool, measuring 5 × 2 m with depths from 0.3 to 1.5 m. The furnished terrace has a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The first-floor sun terrace has four loungers. The plot is fenced and has next-door neighbours.

Campanet has a small grocery shop, a bank, bars and restaurants serving Majorcan cuisine. A market takes place on the main square on Tuesdays. The nearby mountains offer hiking and cycling, while Sa Pobla, Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia have supermarkets and additional services.
